Returns
It can happen that you are not satisfied with an item. As a Shoppartners BV customer, we give you 30 days to try on, review, and check an item for defects. Within this period, you can return the item. You can also register your return within 30 days of receipt, after which you have another 14 days to actually return the products. Please note that the product must be complete and undamaged and (if reasonably possible) in its original and undamaged packaging. If the products are damaged, we may charge you for the reduction in value resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. If you want to return something, please read the return instructions below carefully. If you wish to receive a different size, color, or alternative, we recommend placing a new order and returning the old one. Exchanging items is not possible.
Have you received an incorrect, defective, or incomplete item? First of all, our apologies, it is very annoying that despite our strict quality controls, something went wrong. To resolve this as quickly as possible, please send us an email within 30 days with your order number and a description of the problem (for a defective item, please include a clear photo).
If an item has been worn or used, we may pass on any depreciation in your credit, which can amount to up to 100%.
Return instructions
- With your order number and email address, you can open the return form at the bottom of this page. To make the return process as easy as possible, we ask you to fill in this form as completely as possible.
- In the next screen, you can indicate which items you wish to keep and which you wish to return. To improve the quality of our assortment, you would do us a great favor by indicating why you are returning the items.
- We ask you to wait for our response before returning the items. On working days, we will process your return request within 24 hours and send an email with additional instructions.
- Once we have confirmed your return request, we kindly ask you to return the item within 14 days. If reasonably possible, in original and undamaged packaging. You bear the costs for the return shipment yourself; these costs depend on the size and weight of the package. We estimate that the costs will not exceed EUR 6.95.
- We will refund the outstanding amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after cancellation (including shipping costs for the outward shipment if you return the entire order). We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any fees for such a refund. We may withhold a refund until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. If we receive the items later than 14 days and you cannot provide proof of shipment, this will delay the payment.

Exclusion of right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded for hygienic products whose seal has been broken, such as underwear, erotic items, wigs, hairnets, cosmetic items, and perfumes. Additionally, for helium balloons, if you return them, we can no longer sell them as new, and a depreciation of 100% will be charged to you.
