Use of personal data
When you use our online store, we obtain certain information from you. This may include personal data. We only store and use personal data that you provide directly, in connection with the service you request, or that is clearly provided to us for processing.

You can create a Shoppartners account. After registering, we store the personal data you provide. This way, you don't have to re-enter all your information every time and you can easily contact us about your orders. You can always request that we change or delete your data.
Questions via contact form
In our store, you can contact us via a contact form. We'll ask you for some information to help us answer your question, such as your email address and phone number. We'll use this information solely to answer your question and will delete it once it's been resolved.
Questions via chat
In our store, you can contact us via a Zendesk chat application. We'll ask you for some information to help us answer your question, such as your email address. We can also see which page you're visiting to help you more easily. We use this information solely to answer your question and it will be deleted once your question has been resolved. We have a data processing agreement with Zendesk to govern the handling of our data.
Questions via email
You can also contact us by email. We only use this information to answer your question and it will be deleted once your question has been resolved.
Process order
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to process it. If necessary for proper processing, we may also share your personal data with third parties, such as PostNL. You can read more about this later in this privacy statement.
Newsletter
We offer a newsletter to inform interested parties about our products and/or services. Each newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. Your email address will only be added to the subscriber list with your explicit consent.
Reviews
To monitor and improve the quality of our services, you, as a customer, may receive an invitation to write a review. You will receive a maximum of one invitation per order.
Publication
We do not publish your customer data.
Advertisements
Our online store displays advertisements on Google and Bing .
Disclosure to third parties
We may share your information with our partners. These partners are involved in the execution of the agreement. We have strict agreements with them to comply with European privacy regulations. Involvement of processors
To carry out our recruitment and selection activities, we use an external service provider: recruitment agency Sparkling People. We have a data processing agreement with this party to ensure careful and secure processing of personal data.

We have agreements with third parties who place cookies regarding the use of cookies and applications. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to track how visitors use our online store. We have a data processing agreement with Google to govern how our data is handled. Furthermore, we have not allowed Google to use the Analytics information obtained for other Google services. Finally, we anonymize the IP addresses.
Security
We implement extensive security measures to limit misuse of and unauthorized access to personal data. This includes:
a. A secure connection is used on the page where you provide personal data.
b. Passwords are always stored hashed.
c. We store as little customer data as possible and ensure that no particularly sensitive personal data is stored in our database unless this is unavoidable.
d. Sending personal data by e-mail is done via a secure connection.
e. We take technical and organizational measures to prevent data loss or unlawful processing (such as attacks). We therefore guarantee an appropriate level of security and have our site tested periodically.
f. All systems in which (sensitive) personal data are processed are equipped with anti-virus software and the latest security-related patches of all other important software, as issued by the suppliers of this software.
g. Our site is tested at least twice a year for application vulnerabilities from the OWASP top 10.
Retention periods
The personal data described above will be retained for as long as necessary to process your orders, including warranty claims. We will then retain the data for a maximum of one year for the statistical purposes described. The data will then be deleted unless there is a legal obligation requiring longer retention (such as the seven-year tax retention period for payment data).
Third party websites
This privacy statement does not apply to third-party websites linked to our online store. We cannot guarantee that these third parties will handle your personal data reliably or securely. We recommend that you read the privacy statements of these websites before using them.
